Before responding to a comment or observation made by another study participant, prayerfully consider your motivation. |

Scripture is the rich and dynamic word of God. Some passages will have multiple layers of meaning and God may use them to touch you in different ways during your life. Expect that sometimes other members of the study group will be experiencing these differing viewpoints. |

The study moderator may edit your comments. Please help by keeping your remarks succinct and to the point. |
|
Be courteous and friendly or at least attempt to avoid being impolite or hostile. If there is disagreement, it is important to be able to "agree to disagree." |

Use your talents and abilities to help others. Do not preach, instead share your thoughts with the group. |
|
Notify the Bible Study moderator if there are any problems. Do not argue or take sides in a dispute. Let the moderator handle a problem. |

Discussions of most topics are allowable. Use common sense. Most controversial topics are easily recognized. |
|
Understand that one’s convictions are personal and allow others to hold their beliefs. If one feels concerned over someone else’s beliefs, please pray for them and trust God will reveal the truth to them. However, don’t be surprised if God “adjusts” your beliefs in the process. |

Questions of almost any nature are allowed. However, if the person is asking a “religious” question such as, “How should I be baptized?” or any question that involves religious instruction, Please understand that the focus is what the Word of God says and not tradition or history. |

If you e-mail or chat privately with others about the study, please show them the same respect and consideration of their opinions that you would during the group online discussion time. |
|
Learn how to forgive any person who offends you. Please do not become hostile to others who are being inappropriate. If necessary, please take a moment to pray for them. |
